Project Leadership & Technical Delivery: As Project Architect, I was involved in the site planning, facade design, and the retail structure design for this 21-acre corporate campus transformation. I led the BIM modeling and coordination process, successfully navigating complex site constraints including an active MARTA rail line.
Mixed-Use Nature Integration: The project's core concept is to integrate a medium-density mixed-use development within a sensitive natural site. A key feature of the design is the carefully choreographed hiking path system that weaves through the 21-acre property, connecting residents and visitors to the preserved greenspace while balancing urban convenience with a direct connection to the landscape.
Diverse Residential Unit Design: I developed a wide range of residential unit layouts to cater to diverse lifestyle needs, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Each layout was meticulously designed to optimize spatial efficiency, natural light, and views, ensuring that every residence offers a high-quality living experience that complements the project's overall wellness-focused concept.
