Project Involvement & Technical Delivery: As Project Architect, I was involved in the technical execution of this mixed-use development at the former Watkins College of Art campus. I was responsible for facade design, the production of comprehensive construction documentation, and part of the BIM modeling and coordination for the 377-apartment phase one development.
Wooden Structure Adaptive Reuse: This project serves as a typical example of the adaptive reuse and modern application of American wooden residential structures. By leveraging the inherent flexibility of timber construction, the design breathes new life into the former campus.
